Todd Welsh is the Broker/Owner of SalinaHomes.com which started in 2003. Todd was first licensed as a realtor in 1995 and worked with a national franchise before getting his broker's license and opening his own very successful firm.
Todd is from Northglenn, Colorado, and came to Salina, Kansas, in 1991. He met his wife, Pam, and they have two children, McKenzie and Rase. Todd has always been very active in his kids' school activities as well as numerous community projects. He frequently gets requests to auction at benefits and fundraising events.
Over the last two decades, Todd has helped over one thousand families with their real estate transactions in Salina and the surrounding area. Salina Board of Realtors acknowledged Todd twice recently. He was voted the 2013 Realtor of the Year and in 2014, he was given the Distinguished Service Award.
He developed an interest through real estate in developing subdivisions and his first one was Stone Creek in 2009. The second subdivision is Pheasant Ridge. In 2014, Todd received his general contractor's license and has overseen his subdivision and other customer's home remodels/additions. Todd recently served on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Salina.
Todd is a member of the Salina Country Club and enjoys golfing on a league team. He also enjoys boating, exercising, and playing in the band Split Decision. He is also part of an elite group of real estate trainers for Joe Stumpfs, By Referral Only.
